Items are packed in temperature controlled packaging with ice packs to keep product frozen for the duration of the 24hr shipping process.

Our courier (DPD) will be instructed to leave your order in a safe place if no one is available to receive it. Deliveries cannot be delayed/ changed once dispatched.

Returns Policy

As all our products are perishable goods with many being frozen, we are unable to accept returns as once the goods have been delivered to you, we are unable to monitor how the products have been stored.

Shipping

We can ship to most UK addresses. Note that there are restrictions due to the frozen nature of A.R.T Foods products, we are unable to deliver outside Mainland UK. This means that we are unable to deliver to Northern Island, Isle of Wight and remote areas of Scotland, as there is no next day delivery service available.
